Meet the Owner & Founder
Jamie Adams
I have always loved to dance. I started dancing at an early age and quickly discovered the joy dancing creates. By working to reach goals in dance, I gained self discipline and confidence. The ongoing friendships I made in those classes are priceless.
This joy, confidence, and sense of belonging is what we strive to create for our students and staff at Gotta Dance.
My goal is to showcase the wonderful talents of the children and youth in our community and to do so in an loving and safe environment, to promote the healthy self expression, and to encourage the acceptance and safety of all.
At Gotta Dance, we guard against the sexualization of youth by keeping our movement, music, and costumes age appropriate, clean, and modest. We work hard to create a family friendly and loving environment where everyone feels welcome.
Gotta Dance History
Gotta Dance began in 2007 in a small room in the basement of our home. As we worked to provide an uplifting studio environment for the youth of the Eagle Mountain community, we quickly outgrew that little space, and expanded into more of the basement until our home studio could no longer accommodate the needs of our beloved community. We were blessed to build this magnificent, state of the art and truly beautiful building in 2017.
